It is custom for Kyrgyzstan women to be kidnapped by a man’s family in attempts to force her to become the man’s bride.
The bride is expected to “milk the cows” and do other “womanly” jobs around the house.
My teacher taught us to not judge these customs but I can’t help to think how insane this is!
